maybe we should add something about posting about the r31 trx and thinking you're the first person to ever find it in the terms & conditions part of the forums?

by ticking this big fat box you agree that you wont go 'wow guys pintara wheee!' when you see the r31 pic.. thus making antrx'ers go 'eugh.. again??!' and causing cranky people from the r31 skyline club to come over and go 'hrmphh i should have watermarked that when i scanned that' and then point out to them that the pic is on wikipedia anyway so watermark that shinizzle yo

I think the interior of an R31 is far superior to that of a U12. Much more comfortable.

i totally agree. i have owned both an r31 and a u12, and my sister had an r31 skyline once... god damn those seats are comfy. the BEST jerry! but of course, the design is crap. actually, for their age, the interior design of teh u12 is extremely modern, even when compared to some of todays small cars. its a winner! des

I prefer the hard lines of the R31 interior to the airy fairy curves of the U12. So much more simple.

well i love the interior of the U12, but god can the seats be uncomfortable when theyre still stiff!!! My drivers seats worn down, as it would and its not too shabby, but the passenger seat is SHOCKING for pleasentness, as it was a retired single old lady that owned it for 10 years before me, so no passengers lol!!!

The U12 interior was designed BEFORE october 1987... well the U12 was nissans biggest project at the time (the AWD system mainly) and was in design phase for many years. Hence the auster U11 which was filler for a year or so before the U12 was ready.

The S13 silvia was released in late 1988, so its a newer car (I think) by about 2 years. Plus the S13 only has two usable seats

That pintara TRX is the ugliest thing ever. body kit is digusting, wheels are digusting and a stock skyline r31 still would beat it without trying. In a straight line i mean, im sure that pintara would have less body roll than the skyline, but that doesnt take too much

so jsut to clarrify budgie. How is the silvia newer, ie its dash / design was jsut after the u12's? even though the silva were released aroudn the same time?

Those seats look like a bit of one piece moulded plastic with a thin bit of material covering them. hideous interior for a hideous car.

IMHO the U12's interior is THE BEST of any car in its class in that era. Even now the U12's dash and instruments could be called 'modern'. Definitely one its strong points the old u12 interior.
