rear swaybar on a sss u12
« on: Jun 22, 2006, 09:14PM »
ive done a search and couldnt find the right answer, i know a few of us on here have the awd u12 bluebird, the question is is the rear anti roll bar or swaybar in the same position as a fwd u12.

i was reading that a M11 rear bar will fit on a fwd u12 with a few modifications, will this also fit in the JDM u12 awd bluebird

cheers

Budge is the AWD attessa man, i'm sure he will have an idea.  My guess is that they are probably different to accomodate things like the diff and different layout back there.

Yeah. The Attesa boys had to get Whiteline to develop different swaybars specifically for the AWD Bluebirds because FWD parts were not suitable - both front and rear swaybar's I'd imagine.

They're different. The AWD one is straight and the FWD one has a bend that goes around the spare wheel. I have photo's coming if you need them.
