mesh in front bar
« on: Feb 21, 2004, 06:33PM »
i've just meshed my grill properly, which looks pretty good. and now ive got a fair bit of mesh left over so i want to mesh the gaps below the number plate in the front bar...  to do this properly i reckon i'll have to take the front bar off, is this hard or is it a piece of cake?? are there many bolts holding it on??

i'll also do the holes where my foggies were but that should be pretty easy...

and ill get pics when i can when ive finished it and got my clear indicators...

thanks guys,
james

hey there

I have meshed the front bar under the number plate and it is not that hard all it is

1. in the wheel arch there is a screw at the top of the bumber and the may be one ant the bottom of the bumber as well

2. in the center of the bumber just under the frount grill there is 2 plastic grub screws

3. the bumber is all so held in by some cliping system and it just needs a good pull

at the moment my 1 is only held by 2 screws

and a word of warning it is bloody ugly without the bumber

This is why my front looked like a couple of years back....

Different now, and probably gonna change again...
