How to get 2 pac finsih on interior plastic ?

Does any one know how to get that nice flat 2pac shiny finish on the interior plastics?

http://www.importmodifications.com/celicainterior.html  I found this website im going to test out their tecnique if it works ill show you the results.

Guys, the only thing i could suggest:
- rough sand the plastic reasonably flat to remove the wrinkly finish
- lots of high fill primer
- several coats of 2 pack
- wet sand with 1600/2000 grit wet and dry

no they didnt plus u cant spry 2 pac with out a booth cause it contins arsinic
