Pioneer Headunit settings help needed

hey guys how do i get its so turning up treble and bass settings through the audio button works? I used to have it so i could say adjust treble settings to +6 and bass to -1 or whatever... lost my settings once(had to disconnect battery) and now i cant get it so that that option comes up anymore... i have a DEH-P1Y i lost my manual for it somewhere so cant look it up

i think the P1Y, audio menu is almost the same as the DEHP8650 i used to have, scroll through the audio settings until u either get to the low/mid/high settings, thats where u can adjust it, using up and down

nah like it s a setting that only come up through enableing it somehow... its like u have all that shit and however you setup thepreouts and that give the more options to do so... like it give a seperate bass and treble setting which and be +6 to -6 to each and also the frequency of treble/bass it will pick up

ahhh i see,  im not sure exactly hoe the P1Y works off the top of my head, but like i said, scroll through until u get to it, id doubt you'd have to enable it, on the 8650 there were 3 pages of setting to scroll through, the bass u can adjust through the SW settings

yea u go right through and the option isnt there u enable it through another setting i think

how about contacting Pioneer support ( http://www.pioneeraus.com.au/car_entertainment/support.html ) and asking if they can either send you a copy of the manual or just tell you how to do it?
