What does FARK stand for on the footy show?

Surely they have some excuse of an acronym so they can use it on tv like that?

They mentioned it last night,

Something like 'Fossils Accuracy Regarding Kicking'

Its not that but something similar. Its having the older retired players teaching people that need it how to kick straight in front of goal.
