OK, I won an auction recently for a pair of spotties from a 1990 Pintara. Now, my car hasn't had a factory pair since I owned it, so I though "Great, I'll get in and grab these"

Opened the box today, and they are way too big. I even asked the guy if they are for a U12, and was given a "Sure are" answer.

Can anyone help me identify what model they are off? I have a feeling they are U13 lights.

they are the foggies from a U12 bluebird, exactly like mine, i still have my set here, probably wont fit the aussie u12

Yep definately off a bluey. There exactly the same to the ones i have on my half cut (HNU12).

Were these off ebay?

I recall a guy couple weeks ago selling "Pintara Driving Lights" / Fog Lights, can't remember how he advertised them. But looking at the pic I knew straight away they wern't pintara lights - I asked to see pics of the car, it was a bluebird/pintara for sure, but with the bluebird bar and lights.

well he wasnt lying... they are from a U12, just not a pinny... if u havent already done so, chuck it up in the for sale section...

Besides, as I said - I've never seen a factory set of spotties on my car, nor have I looked at them on another car either.

You can see they are just rectangular and no circle shape on the cover.

that circle shape isnt on the cover, its the shape of the actual bulb, the cover is clear

Izzen - the lens face is 7" long by 3 1/4" high at the widest - 180mm x 85mm for those that use the proper units of measurement

yea well i can tell thats definately a bluebird front bumper because it has that bulging strip. same thing on the front bumper of my bluey half cut.

Looks like Pinny Gli (Gli wheels) with a HNU12 front bar.

Where is that car located loop? Can you find out if the front bar itself is in alright condition? I'm interested in buying it.

Budge, I bought the lights on Ebay from a clown who double-triple confirmed to me that it was a Pintara, so no, I have no idea where the car is, although the lights were shipped from Wollongong.

Yo ssstick are they just the glass and are you selling them? I'll take them if so. Or if anyone is selling standard Foglight glass.
