« on: Sep 24, 2007, 07:32PM »
Does anybody know what the part number is for the front wheel bearing on a HNU13 Attesa.  I need to order this part but don't know what to order from CBC Bearings.  Can anybody help?

Nissan part number is 40210-30R01 (from FAST). Not sure if this will help you. Maybe shoot -=Marty=- a PM, he very recently ordered some.

CBC bearings were the most expensive, and didnt have rear bearings. boo
Got mine through ABC, not sure on part number, give Nissan a call, they'll know, That number Jello posted sounds right though.

Couple of hours if everything goes right.
Im gonna be doing mine this weekend, Make sure you have a nice long breaker bar and a presse, will make things easier.

When I did my TRX a couple years ago the bearing had seized in to the hub, so needless to say that was a major learning curve, this time should be a hell of a lot easier.

Just for your information to others with Attesa's.  The wheel bearings between all Bluebird U12's and U13's are not compatible.  It also appears that the bearings recommended by the books at Cheapa Auto Spares does not match the U13 Attesa's.  Their book stated the U12's, U13's and Maximas all have the same bearings.  Sadly our Attesa's were not inclusive.  Part number of front wheel bearing for future use is TM-OE08A21 on the U13 Attesas.

the fronts were the same as a maxima (quite common). the Nissan guy showed me on his computer
its the rears that are different than FWD's, ours are cheaper

When I was trying to get bearings for my U11, I just walked into CBC with the old ones, the chick behind the counter looked up the number and gave me some 93-95 WRX bearings that fit perfectly.

I am going to have to disagree as the front driver's side is what I had changed.  Cost to me was $150 from A1 Nissan.  More than what I would like to pay for it but  I did the work though.  Bearing itself is probably $30-$60 but you need to get it pressed in by someone.  I simply bought the whole hub with suspension support.
