someone with a workshop manual

could someone with a Workshop manual be able to PDF me the pages on the rear suspension setup, mainly the parallel arm/bar thingy's as mine are stuffeded and i need to see how to get them apart

no point trying to explain how to do it cause i just won't follow :P
