So has anyone here converted a pinny to flex fuel if so have you had any issues with corrosion on fuelllines etc

Pointless pointless pointless unless you have a turbo.

Economy turns to shit.

Denzo from Perth runs E85 in his S15 drift car.. Big pump, big injectors and everything's Teflon. Says it's a must.

With high compression it'll allow for more aggressive ignition timingand kless pinging

No real need for it unless you are going to have the compression and/or boost to take advantage of the anti-detonation properties of it.

A good starting point would be stainless steel fuel lines from the back of the car to the engine bay, from memory the VE flex fuel SS's used stainless. (Or it could have been nickel plated steel)

Avoid aluminum with E85 unless it has been anodised.
