Seat Covers
« on: Jan 6, 2003, 12:56AM »
I am having a difficult time desiding on seat covers for my Pintara. It's the beige coloured one with brown interior.

I was thinking black but I just dunno if that would go with the brown. Then I was thinking maybe the black ones with the coloured checker plate pattern in velour but then I saw them on a Laser and it just didn't do very much for me, there nice but not for me.

Then there were these really cool superman ones (Kmart or SuperCheap) in blue or black, still not all that sure though as to what would look good.

Does anyone have any ideas at all????

Cheers

Well my TRX is red with gunmetal grey interior and those Sterling seatcovers (black with red middle) look great on it.

You could always try the same thing (match with exterior colour) or why not just brown  ;)

i have a similar problem to u u12pinny ...(white car with brown interior). i think black does go with the brown interior because i made my parcel shelf with black felt and it looks good.
I have also been thinking of what colour seat covers to buy. One colour  i thought would go ok  was cream velour .....but it would mark easily .....or black but it could be hot in summer

but istill think cream would look ok.
anyway thats my thoughts on the topic
hope u decide on one!

:) Thanks for your help guys, I think I might go red and black seat covers.

I would just like to know why on earth did they make the interiors brown?? It looks like something from the ugly stage in the early 80's that everyone went through, where it was just BROWN BROWN BROWN. I mean these cars were made in the early 90's.

I wish there were some cruises here  :(
The only SA guys here in Adelaide from antrx are me, CorsairGhia and some other bloke who's only posted once in the last six months  :o

I'm also the only one with a TRX, but I've printed out some flyers for my next TRXspot  ;)
