I'm pretty sure ive seen one around, check the world wide web bud.

I drove a Proton sedan at my defensive driving course that they said wasn't going to be sold in Oz. I'm not sure what it was called, but it was probably a 2003/04 model. It was about the size of a U12.

That's Definitely a Proton Wira, it was Definitely sold in australia as such

They had Satria Hatches, Wira Sedans and the M21 Coupe. One of my lecturers at uni bought a Wira. So I can confirm that they were sold here.

I don't understand the question, but I'll have a crack at an answer.

Proton had, and still have a dealer network. Wiras were not built in Australia, but sold and supported by the dealer network.

that's the question, isn't it?

the first thing that came up in a search in whitepages.com.au was http://www.brisbaneproton.com.au/.

How about www.proton.com.au?

How hard is it to type 'proton australia' into Google?
