Don't tempt me....!

Need to keep the car standard to get insurance.  However, if it were for me.... 

Out of interest - is it a straight bolt in / out job?  I wouldn't want to have to muck around with welding etc.
Old guy who should know better than to mess around with old cars.

Extractors wont affect Insurance as they do not require a MOD plate to fit them. All you have to do is declare them to the insurance company.

You would need to have them fitted by a shop, as the flange may need to be moved,  from memory

Well I think I would win if this was a competition, I have spent waaaaaay more than any of the figures I have seen so far on here, but having said that who else would have their car insured for $25K agreed value from Shannon's full comp, that's close to its new market value.
