were they about the first ever wagon to have a low looking body kit?  never considdered, but i think for the money i would rather get a liberty/wrx wagon.
Having said that, they arent too bad looking.  If they handle pretty well and perform alright, it could be a goer... at least its still in the nissan family.  what engine/driveline do they have in there?

numerous times have i thought about buying one, almost did but bought the 180 instead.

actually, only the autech (RS260) Versions have the RB26, they are basicly a R34 GTR chassis, engine and running gear with a wagon shell slapped on.

The RSfours are the RB25DET, and in the later models ('97 on) are all RB25neo's, just like the R34s

Yes that she was.

I've worked on one of these at work, they're just like a Skyline only wagon-ified and they're usually fully optioned up.

I was looking seriously at a series 2 Stagea until the novated lease option came up.  The lease company my work uses doesn't let you lease grey-import vehicles :(

These are crazy.  Prior to reading about them i would have pulled up next to one and thought it equivelant to any other family wagon (slow)... but damn, sounds like they are something to be very afraid of.  Must say i'm impressed.

its fucking hard to walk around japan and see stageas sitting in caryards for the equivelant of $4000. fuck!!!!! i want one, ever since i came here and saw so many, ive wanted one. i have some pictorials you can gawk at here. one is a nice stagea sitting outside mos burger i snapped on my way home from work. nice body kit. was totally pimped up inside (like most people in japan seem to do). the others are in a small nissan display thingy of the new stagea. interior is nice, i like that the eyes have gone a bit sharper, but the plastic all the way around looks SHITE. also, it looks fatter and less agile to me now.
IF i get one of these, theres no way i will get locally. the prices are utter crap. i will be importing one for sure.

The kit on my car is a not a dayz - some other kit which I have modifiied slightly.
Also, I believe there is somebody currently organising compliancing protocols for the Avenir.
