After market CAI
« on: Apr 3, 2006, 06:28AM »
Hi guys!  I've found this cold air intake system that's supposed to be for 350Z and by the look of the bends, I'm thinking that it might just fit in stanza/trx.

By looking at budginator's budget cold air intake design, this might just work. Maybe a little bit of modification (cutting).  I've ordered a set of this but I haven't got the time to install it.
I'm crossing my fingers.. ;)

I think you'll have some cutting and welding to do of that piping.

it's probably mostlikely cutting rather than welding.
do you mean welding like welding breather tube from cylinder head cover to the pipe after the Maf?

Anyway, I will find out soon.  All I need is one nice weekend (weatherwise) and I should be able to install it.
I will let you know how it goes.
