Hmmm. well in my TRX the ride did change and it seemed to corner without as much tire noise. You could say more confidently. Small bumps actually felt harder while large bumps felt softer - wierd.
However it's supposed to stay in the tires - not escape through the tire lining like oxygen, which can cause premature tire wear. Also, since it doesn't escape you don't need to keep inflating ur tires. A by-product of this is that the recommended air stays in you're tires at all times and decreases tire wear. In fact it has been said that on average all these points would increase tire life by 30%!!! I think that alone would be sufficient reason to convert as I use Bridgestone G-Grids on my car and they're not exactly cheap.
