Hello all.
Name is Steve, I've just bought a manual 91 Pintara T Superhatch, red, fairly high k's, but mechanically still in very good nick.
I used to own a TRX about 6 years ago, and due to circumstances beyond my control, I was forced to sell it. I've been wanting another Pintara since then, and I finally have one again.
Just got back from my first decent drive in the new one and now remember vividly why I have wanted one again.
They really are a very good car to drive, comfortable, well equipped, but I'm probably preaching to the converted here, huh?
I have for the last couple of years been driving an EB Falcon, which at this point is quite heavily modified, but decided with the increasing cost of fuel and my changing driving habits, that another 4-pot was the way to go.
Still got the Falcon, will be continuing to modify it, but will use the Pintara as a daily.
Which isn't to say it won't also be modified. Lowering and exhaust will be done in the next couple of weeks, along with car audio. Central locking and cruise control won't be long after, and from there, well, we will see.
Already got a great deal of info off the forums, have in fact been reading them for some time, it is a brilliant resource, already had a lot of my questions answered.
I look forward to participating more!
