(Stack) There goes the Quater Panel !!!!!

Well it was only a matter of time before this happened.

I Love my TR.X that much that i have kept it through everything.

In the last 6 months it has had a new Fuel Pump, New C.V joints, All new bushes, 4 (Yes count them 4) New sets of injectors and other things.

But last night it finally took the cake.

Whilst parked in a col-de-sac out the front of Hatch-it (my Fiance) place a big UGLY 4WD Reversed straight into the right hand rear Quater panel.(Wasn't i Pissed)

It left the quater panel with a Huge Dent i could fit my head through, bent bumped bar, boot and spoiler damage + my front doors no longer shut propley. Estimated damage of around $2500.00 to $3000.00.

BUT to make the night even more memorable the driver of the 4WD than told me he WAS NOT insured AT ALL.
(all i can say is thank god for full party insurance)

 So......there you have it

i warn you.....dont come near me....it may rub off (ha ha ha ha ha)

that sucks champ! awfully nice of him... uninsured & bashing up other peoples cars!

did you get his details anyway? maybe your insurance company can chase him to pay your excess?

Sorry to hear that megs  :o  I can only imagine how horrible you feel.  Maybe that dude will go 4 wheel drivin and fall off a very big cliff or something.  Let' s keep our fingers crossed eh?

Sorry to hear that Megan.
I agree with Noss. He might be insured, just trying to get out of it.

Wait a minute. Doesnt anyone who has a licence at least need third party/property? Meaning, it will pay for damage to others, but not their own vehicle?

And if he doesnt, he will get fucked up bad from the cops?
Let them know what happened. If he is not insured, fuck him up and tell the cops. I think he will at least get done for neg driving.

compulsory third party only covers injury`s to others in vehicle when in accident

you need secondary third party insurance from someone like nrma to cover the other party`s car if your fault

with some insurence companies, if you can name the person the farked up your car, you wont have to pay a thing. they basically track down the guy and squeeze him for cash...
