Hi all ! Haven't been on here for years but im cleaning out my shed and thought there might still be a few KA fans out there that might like this. Engine was built about 5 years ago with no expense spared has done less than 20k and spent less than 12 months in a car.. has been sitting around my shed waiting to go rwd.. but im moving interstate and cant take it with me

Details:
KA24E
Wade 290/290 cam
HD bc valve springs
O&j performance solid lifters
Stainless valves
reco head with massive port / polish job..mirror finish and cc'd combustion  chambers. Port matched
11.5:1 forged pistons
Stock rods with rebuilt bottom end balanced crank etc
Jun Chromoly flywheel
HD clutch

Engine is located in Nowra nsw. Last time I tried to sell this some people felt the need to point out that KA are not particularly popular and thought I was asking to much... well its for sale with the intention of saving someone planning on doing these things thousands..its not for sale to anyone looking to score something for nothing.. made good power on the dyno and was still making power when it hit limiter and that was on a very rich safe tune.. I never got around to finishing the tune or planned quad TBs

Hmm i am also in Nowra, Interesting.
Does it come with anything else? (eg, gearbox, ECU)
Is price negotiable?

Gearbox to suit FWD? No box. I do have a complete rwd setup I was going to use. Negotiations can be made point of sale but this price is more than fair.. Crazy from Nowra. Havnt seen any trx around here for a long time

Crazy - easily over $1500 in parts alone in this motor (pistons are around the $500-$600 mark, flywheel rrp is about $500 etc), definitely good value.

Would be a good candidate for E85, if I wasn't going the turbo route in my track U12, i'd make the drive from Vic for it!

FYI, and not to crash your thread Shaun, but I'll be offloading my ECU tuning gear later this year, so that can easily take care of running it off a remapped ecu Crazy.
