Hi all, I've finally decided on my sound system/ got the funds/ already got my lovely Cadence amp and subby. Ordering a Kenwood KDC-248U Head-unit and Kicker 11DS65.2 Splits.
Now all that remains is to find someone reputable to install the guts - I don't wanna blow my mech-beast-of-driving to kingdom come! Any suggestions/ experiences appreciated as ever. :)

DIY is the way to go, you know its done right and it wont cost you 500 bucks, older cars like ours are easy, do some research on here and google if you arent confident. i did my own by myself without any experience and it couldnt be any better.

Thanks mattyj, I guess that's what I wanted to hear! ;D I'll take a shot at it and let you all know how I went.

Matty is right. With the wealth of info on the net, it's silly to pay someone else to do it for you (unless you really are stretched for time and cbf'd doing it yourself!)
