Forget the second trans cooler you posted, they only really work as trans oil coolers on hotrods IMHO.
The first engine oil cooler you posted is ok....however I would avoid it due to the fact that the fan attaches to the cooler by those zip tie mounts; not good. Since the cooler core is aluminium, those zip tie mounts vibrate / jiggle and consequently wear through the cooler core, resulting in pin hole leaks.
Go for the Setrab unit at the bottom of the page, the 119FP:
http://www.anplumbing.com/Extras/Setrab+Coolers-21.htmlIt has a proper fan shroud (and therefore decent fan mounting to the core), and even if you don't or can't get ducting to it, you can wire in a temperature switch to kick the fans on, when say the oil temp reaches 100 deg C, that way you can still cool the oil in traffic.
Look at summit racing too, they have heaps of oil coolers with fans listed.
I would also go for an oil filter relocation kit and not a sandwich plate adaptor.
Don't get me wrong, you shouldn't rush out to get an oil cooler ASAP, there are plenty of big power street engines around doing fine without oil coolers. If you plan on taking it to the track, then I would invest in one.
