If I had to choose a car it would be a mazda 6 MPS. My mates misses drives a Mazda 6 sports, awesome car to drive.

If I had to choose a 4WD Mazda Bravo BT-50. 3L CRD Turbo Diesel twin cab. I wouldn't buy a hilux. Toyota's are the most overated car's on the road.

i saw a veyron when i was in LA over christmas, it makes the craziest noise!! the mercs are definitley on my list of dream cars too, they're awesome! aston martin db9 comes to mind as well, but now we are starting to get unrealistic lol.

I'd swap my car for anything that runs on iether hydrogen fuel cells or electricity. I went for a spin in an electric Toyota Rav 5 in Japan and it was brilliant. I just don't like emmitting greenhouse gas. Pity they burn coal to make the electricity though.

Volvo 850 t5 1995 model.
Turbo 5 cylinder petrol fwd although it is so balanced you wouldn't be able to tell.
Makes 167kw stock, so it has potential for lots more power.And best of all no one expects a volvo to go fast.

I'd swap for pretty much anything made by in the Dodge family of cars from 1966 to about 1972.

Any Dodge Challenger, Dart, Daytona, Super Bee, or Plymouth 'Cuda, Duster, GTX, Road Runner, Superbird, etc, etc.....

It would have to be big, loud and run a Hemi in it. A 426 Hemi would be enough for me I reckon

That one's only got a baby engine in it too, a 440 V8 with 3 x 2 bbl Holley carb set up. Good for around 300hp and near enough to 500 nM of torque. Would get you to 100 clicks in under 5.8 seconds way back in 1969 and run the quarter in 13's off the showroom floor..........even more insane, the 426 Hemi was "conservatively" rated at 425 hp and was about an $800 option on the Challenger above.

Have a think about how quick that would go!

I'm not a fan of that BMW concept, too 'out-there' in the looks department for me. The grilles, headlights and overall shape don't seem to flow together well. The interior looks glarey, un-ergonomic, cold and clinical. Not the sort of place I'd choose to live a good portion of my life.

If you want twin turbo V8 holden gor for a:
VE SS commodore with the capa performance intercooled twin turbo set-up. Has 600mm front mount intercooler and silenced blow off valves. You can satill hear them just not to the f00ly sic extent.

I'd swap the Pintara for a nice 260Z. Have just been offered one at mates rates which has apparently been tuned by some Nissan Racing Team, though apparently it needs a good deal of lovin'. But I'm up for it. Depends if space is available at home (parents don't want a Z parked in the yard for some reason $:-\$ )

How about this time people mention cars that they could actually pay off.

Last time I posted in here I said a Mazda 6 MPS. I still would drive one.

I said 4WD ute wise I would take a BT50, seen to many problems with them.

I would take a GU ST Cab Chassis with a 4 cylinder Cummins engine in it, If you could fit a Dodge Ram 6.7L Inline 6 turbo diesel under the bonnet I would be more then happy with that. A Cat engine would make me just as happy also. 37 inch tyres and a 6 inch lift would set it right off.

People this time post up cars or 4x4's you could actually pay off.

Daily - Mitsubishi Legnum - heaps of space to carry stuff, can put a mattress in the back and go camping or to the drive-ins, and still good fun on the roads.

4x4 - Suzuki Sierra - lifted, lockers, chunky tyres, no bumpers for better approach/departure, roll cage and some crazy engine conversion like a Toyota 1UZ or something.

Toy - Elfin Clubman with a couple of turbos bolted on. Or an Ariel Atom.

I would swap the mighty corsair for a 03 onwards rodeo dual cab 4x4 diesel ute or a 03 onwards commodore sv6, that way I get the newer 3.6l alloytec engine in the commodore instead of the 3.8l ecotec. I think I might (still a little uncertain)take the commodore instead of the rodeo ute (sorry dave_trx) as I think I will have more of an urge to go on a good twisty road run instead of off roading , around where I live there appears to be no shortage of twisty/hilly back roads that are all sealed reasonably well, that you could have fun on. But then again there is plenty of places to go off roading as well.

I can afford both cars, just have to decide which one to get.

IS200's look good, but they are apparently lacking big-time in the power department.

They use a de-tuned version of the motor in GA70 Supras. 1G-FE or something like that.

I just sold my gs300 wich has the same 2jz that comes in the IS300 and it was a slug slowest car ive ever owned and also chewed the juice.

My mate has a 96 aristo and doing the same trips he would use half the fuel of my gs300

2jzge vvti no power and drinks fuel. 2jzgte crazy power and better fuel economy

But i Have a VE SS now and it chops the aristo and it gets better fuel economy then the gs300.
