starting cold

how ya doin folks, im havin a problem wif my trx (ka24de conversion) it takes about 10 or so goes to get it started when its cold and just wanted to kno wat u guys think i could do to fix it?

is it happenin to any1 else or am i jus lucky lolm would some new plugs help with the prob?

have yu thought about getting the cam retimed??? not 100% sure about it. might have to ask one of the fellow members as im just a noob atm lol  :-\

is the battery charged?  :o lol it still starts, it just really struggles to tho when the engine is cold, as for cam retiming do u kno how much it would roughly cost  jaytee? thnx
