Anyone heard of the brand "ADX"????

Hey guys, im looking for a cheap amp to power my rear speakers... DAM 6 speaker stereo!  ;D

Ive been offered a 2x100w rms ADX amp for 80 bux, sounds the goods but i got no idea, would this do the trick and does anyone know if they are much chop??
