Crude - the incredible journey of oil

http://www.abc.net.au/science/crude/

A documentary by the ABC which screened on 24 May this year, but I only just found it.  You can watch the whole thing online in segments.  It's basically an up-to-date story on how it is that oil came to be locked up where it is and why, and what it has meant for us in the past and will mean for us in the future.

Though I know most of you don't give a damn, particularly about the climate change topics, I thought some of you might find it interesting.  It's good for the history of how oil is created, even if you ignore all the stuff about CO2 and our future.
