theoretically speaking is it possible to reach the 150kw+ range in a similar price range to an sr20 swap with the ka24e

any help appreciated

I was about to post a huge work up on what i could theoretically do to the KA for say a budget of $3500; same rough amount required for an SR swap; but the list got too long. In brief:
bottom end/head to withstand 15+psi,
new cam to suit turbo induction,
larger injectors (RX7 550cc/min in a custom rail)
headwork etc

I think my theoretic total came to around $4k; and would put down roughly 200+kw at the wheels.
