Having come from both cars, my old U12 and my current DC2, you can't compare them...
The suspension geometry/chassis stiffness of the DC2 is miles ahead of the U12... I daresay the spring rates for the integra would be higher as well.
If you want your car to handle better, bar it up as much as you can (I saw a post up earlier about 30mm solid vs hollow, the hollow bar will be better) then go see a suspension shop and get them to make custom springs for you with stiffer rear springs than the front. DO IT - don't listen to the general "more weight in the front" mentality - half of them have never had the arse hanging out in a FWD car in their life, you want the car to rotate instead of understeer like a pig, just use the throttle to control the tail end and if it does come out.. DON'T LIFT.
Weight matters to an extent, but I tend to disagree.. it all depends where your CG is acting and in a U12, i suspect it wouldn't be too bad once you lower the car appropriately.
