Turbo Upgrade

I have the stock turbo on my HNU13 ATTESA at the moment and have a TD05h 18g sitting around which could go on. The other option is to get a GT2860R (T28/T04 hybrid) for $500.

From what I've read the TD05h 18g looks to be the better of the two. Any thoughts/suggestions?


Also it looks like the best way to go would be to get an aftermarket gtir manifold, is this correct?
