Don't you just hate it when that happens

After a shunt in the back end last year, there's been a leak in the exhaust, and I took it in to the local JAX to get it fixed.

The dude rings me today "Mate, the uni joint in the tail shaft is stuffed and so is one of the tie rod ends"

The tie rod end I knew about. The uni... well, he might be making that up. I should go look at it tonight - the car was sitting outside today when I went past.

To top it all off, the bastards haven't even fixed the exhaust. They ordered the wrong part.

JAX are shit. My sister took her car to them a week ago because her radiator had a small crack in it and they quoted her $600. I told her to ring up bendigo radiators and they ended up doing it for $245.

i'm starting to think that. They quoted me two and a half hours for a uni joint. My 70 year old Pastor from church could do it in less time. I'm going to ring them in the morning and tell them to cram it up their exhaust pipes.

I'd rather take it to my proper mechanic - he charges less and does a better job.
