Hi there,
I'm new to the forums so hi everyone Smiley

I have a SSS U12 (SR20DE) which is 4WD, it has a sad SR20DE in it and am trying to source an engine for it. I have found an SR20DE from a AWD U13, does anyone know if this will bolt straight in no hassels ?
I tried putting an SR20 from a SSS sentra in but found that the Front wheel motors dont bolt onto the 4WD box Sad
Also thinking about converting to RWD (Just something to think about as I think it'd be different)

Where are you located mate? Australia? You said 'sentra' so now I'm thinking US...

A Pulsar SR20DE motor will bolt up to a 50 series AWD box without a hassle.

Hi Budgie, I'm from NZ, sentra's are basically liftback pulsars over here, they look identical.
I'm new to nissans so how could i tell if my gearbox is a 50 series? its an 89 U12 AWD. any idea about the U13 motor ?
I'll see if I can find an SR20DE from an AWD pulsar.

I'd love to but I dont have the cash at the moment, just wanna get the car back on the road but will definately be considering it later on once finances are sorted  Wink
