So looking at which clubs here in vic run the most events during the year, ie sprints, hill climbs etc so I can get my CAMS 2S license and go out and enjoy the black car.

Who's the best CAMS affiliated club to go with? NDSOC run 10 circuit sprints a year on average and are associated with MSCA, or the Holden Sport's club that lgee is a member of...but they don't seem to run as many events.

NDSOC membership fee is $80, whilst the Holden club is only $48...I know i'm being a tight ass, but which one will give me the best value?

I must admit, i'm annoyed that you can't just go direct to CAMS to get a 2S license....

Check out the MG car club down there. That's where i started and you don't need to own an MG, or look into the AASA track if you have one there. QR and Lakeside up here are AASA.
They have Street Sprints, Open Sprints and Topgear Racing (the next jump up from sprints where you can actually race your street car if you're game).
You get the AASA licence from the track and no stupid CAMS rules and heaps of events.

Take it to the limit - take it to the track.

MG car club down geelong seems pretty good actually.  My mate chris (Budgie you know him from the workshop) does a few events with them.  They would actually be a pretty good match for someone in the U12/U13 as far as competition goes.
